Brittany S. Pierce (Heather Morris): She's competing with Blaine for class president and she's got a few friends and rivals this season.
Kitty (Becca Tobin): Seemingly a mash-up of Quinn and Santana, in terms of her bitchiness and determination.
Marley Rose (Melissa Benoist): Pretty much Rachel 2.0, though I'm hearing rumours she may be copping off with Puck's younger brother later in the series.
Mercedes Jones (Amber Riley): She'll be doing a little bit of mentoring at McKinley but apart from that, not sure what else.
Rachel Berry (Lea Michele): She's at NYADA, making enemies with Cassandra July (Kate Hudson) and possibly a new romance with Brody while her relationship with Finn is in limbo.
Santana Lopez (Naya Rivera): She and Brittany along with three other couples are due for a pivotal episode early in the season. She'll also be heading to New York as well.
Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch): She's given birth to her baby and she's hopefully going to continue with her scheming to overthrow Figgins as well.
Tina Cohen-Chang (Jenna Ushkowitz): Tina's set to have a bigger role in the fourth season. Could she be the new Rachel in terms of leading the New Directions?

Glee's fourth season will air Thursdays at 9pm on FOX from September 13th and will premiere on Sky1 from January 2013.
